What is paragliding?

Paragliding is a form of gliding in which you ascend from a hill or mountain using a light sport screen. Once you are in the air, you enjoy silence, views and the thrill of floating through the thermals above the mountains.

Why paragliding in the Spanish Pyrenees?

Castejón de Sos is known as the paragliding mecca of the Pyrenees because of its stable weather, thermal conditions and spectacular views. From the starting point you have panoramic views of mountains over 3,000 meters high - perfect for a long, steady flight.

Paragliding for everyone

You don't need flying experience for a paragliding flight.

  • Duo flights are possible from about 30 kg body weight
  • Flights can take place from April through October
  • You can choose from multiple departure times in one day

This activity can be booked within our multi-adventure packages.

Paragliding course

Do you want to learn to fly independently? Then choose our 5-day paragliding course.

You make 6-10 independent flights, 4 of which involve at least 1000 meters of altitude. Through radio contact, your instructor will have you do exercises in the air and guide you through the landing.

Paragliding for everyone

During the flight, your instructor will take photos and videos with professional equipment. These are available to view and possibly purchase afterwards - a great way to see and share your adventure later.
