What is rafting?

You descend a wildly flowing river with a large six-person dinghy, led by a guide.

All tours start with extensive safety instructions. After that the action starts on the river with various rapids, while descending through the beautiful valley.

Routes on the Ésera river

You can choose from three different routes on the 'Rio Ésera'. The tours range in length from over an hour to a whole day:

  • The 'Silla' descent, level 1, takes about 1 hour. This short route is suitable for children from 5 years of age, where children from 10 years of age can paddle themselves.
  • The 'Pyramids' descent, level 2, is longer and with three spectacular rapids. This route is possible from 14 years.
  • On the special 'Besians' route you go rafting all day, with a picnic on the shore during the break. This descent is possible as from 4 participants and with the minimum age of 14.

Fun water activities on the Rio Ésera

Did you know you can also try hydrospeed or kayaking? These are two exciting water sports that offer plenty of adrenaline!

The Ésera River is known for its strong water flow, making it perfect for water adventures. This river, typical of the Pyrenees, is fed by the melting Aneto and Maladeta glaciers and rainfall, and its flow is regulated by the river dams. These ideal conditions provide endless water fun for all ages!
