Reservations
After requesting your trip, we will send you a reservation confirmation. This includes a link that gives you access to your personal booking environment, where you will find a detailed explanation of your programme and the web check-in.
Payments
To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit via your booking environment. Six weeks before arrival, you will receive a request to complete the remaining payment.
Period
The multi-adventure summer package is available in July and August. Would you prefer to travel at another time of year? Please take a look at our spring, autumn, or winter offers.

Activities
For each package, Chill-Outdoor selects the activities that best suit the season and the type of trip. As temperatures tend to rise during the summer, we recommend water-based activities or activities in the high mountains.
Do you already know which chill and outdoor activities you would like to take part in? Simply select them during your booking to secure your place.
Minimum age and physical condition
The minimum age for the multi-adventure summer package is 18 years. Would you like to travel with children? In that case, please choose one of our other multi-adventure family holidays.
You don’t need to be extremely fit, but a reasonable basic level of fitness is recommended.

Before arrival, you will receive a welcome letter with practical information. Do you have any questions or would you like to make changes to your reservation? We are always available by phone or WhatsApp to assist you. During your stay, we are present on site.
Rates
The mentioned rate for the high season on this page is per person based on a stay with 2 persons at **hotel Castejón, including rafting, canyoning, MTB, hiking information, 5x breakfast, 2x packed lunch, and 2x dinner. The participation in the activities is calculated based on a group size of 4 persons.
If you choose a different accommodation or replace activities, rates per person may change. Upon receiving your request, we will send you a price overview as soon as possible.

Activities
At Chill-Outdoor we consider the activities that best suit the season. As temperatures normally rise during summer, we recommend water activities or activities realised in high mountain areas.

The minimum age for the multi-adventure summer package is 18 years. Want to visit the Pyrenees with children? Then choose the multi-adventure family or one of the half-term packages.
You don't need to be super fit, but a reasonable basic condition is preferable.

Payments
To confirm your reservation we ask you to make a down payment through your booking environment. Six weeks before arrival you will receive a request to make the final payment.
