Español Nothing is certain, that’s for sure. We have learned to live with this saying in the past year and that doesn’t stop us from starting the new season in good spirits. From Friday 30 April onwards our mini-camping site will be open again, as will our Chill-Outdoor CafĂ© in the weekends. We expect to be back at full strength from 1 July. And given the large number of reservations we already have, our guests count on that too :-).
Of course, anyone making a reservation wants to know how we handle down payments, cancellations, vouchers, etc. in these times. Naturally, our reservation and cancellation conditions are now more flexible than usual. Below we list them step by step:
- When you make a reservation, we only make a pre-reservation, you don’t have to pay anything yet
- We note your preferred period, preferred package and the number of participants, nothing more
- At the end of May we will contact you to ask if you are still interested.
- If yes, we will discuss the details of your booking and ask for a 30% deposit
- The remaining payment is due a few weeks before arrival.
- If you can’t come due to official corona-related travel restrictions (even if it’s last-minute), you’ll get your remaining payment refunded immediately.
- Your deposit remains valid indefinitely for another time, even if that is, say, in 2022 or 2023
- If you cancel for any other reason, then our regular cancellation policy applies
- We always recommend a cancellation insurance for unexpected private events
