If you make a booking with us, we ask for the personal data of yourself and your fellow travellers. If you provide the details of your fellow travellers, you need to be sure that they are aware of this and agree to this. They must also be aware of how we process their personal data again.

We need this personal information to make the reservation. In order to make the reservation, we share the personal data with the suppliers of your travel arrangement (such as the accommodations or outdoor companies).

We work with companies to manage the reservations and our financial administration. We have chosen these companies with care. We only share the minimum personal data required.

Sometimes we share minimal personal data with government agencies if that is in the law.

We only keep the personal data for as long as necessary for the execution of the reservation, if there is an accident and for compliance with laws and regulations. Then we'll erase your personal information.
