Camping regulations
We have tried to keep our rules as simple and friendly as possible, because we have a great confidence in the sense of responsibility of our guests. The most important rules are: be careful of the facilities and plants on our campsite, take each other into account and make sure everyone gets his or her well-deserved rest.
Here are the inevitable rules:
1. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT PITCHES
- Parcels: check-in from 14:00, check-out before 12:00
- Safari tents: check-in from 15:00, check-out before 11:00
2. Rates for accommodation are constructed as follows: per place (parcel, tent and electricity) – per person – possibly extra tent – possibly caravan/camper. Payment in two installments: 30% 10 days after the reservation date and 70% 6 weeks before arrival. For last-minute bookings, 100% payment applies when booking. If you arrive without a reservation, 100% payment on arrival applies.
3. PARKING Our mini-campsite is car-free, i.e. you can only go to the campsite by car to load and unload. Between 23:00 and 07:30 there is no car traffic allowed on the campsite.
4. SUB-hire of your tent, camper or caravan, or making it available for free, please consult with us first. The same rates and rules apply to overnight visitors as for the other campers.
5. VISITORS are welcome, but must behave in accordance with the regulations. Day visit is allowed until no later than 22:00. Cost €1.50 pp. Visitors must first report before visiting. As a camper you are responsible for the visit and the costs of your visitors.
6. PETS are unfortunately not allowed.
7. POWER is available at all the parcels. In the safari tents there are enough sockets for e.g. charging your phone. If you rent a parcel, it is advisable to bring a grounded extension cord if you want to have power in your tent.
8. OPEN FIRE is strictly prohibited by the fire brigade. The ground is almost always very dry and a single spark can have major consequences. There is a barbecue / picnic area in the village available next to the river.
9. WASTE. Please keep the campsite clean and throw nothing on the ground. Throw away waste in the designated containers. On the campsite there is a small yellow container for plastic waste and a small green container for residual waste. Outside the campsite are these containers also available, but much bigger. Outside the camping you can also find a blue container for paper and a glass container. Please use the right containers:
- Residual waste (organic included) - green container
- Plastic and bricks - yellow container
- Paper and cardboard - blue container
- Glass - green glass container (note: it is not in the container house, but at the entrance to the campsite
- Small chemical waste, batteries etc. – drop off at reception for the chemobox
- It is not allowed to place garden chairs and other large waste at the container house
10. PLANTS There are many young plants on site, these plants are not yet very strong. Please do not walk through the bushes between the plots and do not attach washing lines to thin branches.
11. PICNIC TABLES. At the entrance to the campsite there are picnic tables situated for general use. Leave them neatly after use.
12. You can play FOOTBALL and other ball games on the nearby football field on the river. The campsite is not suitable for this.
13. SOUND Make sure your fellow campers and local residents are not affected by the noise you make, don't turn on your radio, TV or other sound carrier too loud. Between 23:00 and 07:00 it must be quiet on the campsite.
14. DOUBLE ADVANCES and/or rugs outside the tent are not allowed. An awning is allowed in front of the tent without rugs. After all, the next guests also want green grass.
15. We cannot accept LIABILITY for destruction, damage, loss, or loss of goods located on our campsite or for accident of man or animal. You have to take care of the necessary insurance yourself.
16. SANITARY BUILDING The hot water is heated with solar panels and electrically heated if necessary. The capacity should be sufficient, but is not infinite.... Children under the age of 6 are only allowed to use the sanitary building under the supervision of an adult. Depending on the crowds, the sanitary building is cleaned 1 to 2 times a day, of course we appreciate it if you leave everything neatly after use. Toilet paper is provided. The washing machine and dryer work with mint money, so you don't need separate chips. A chemical toilet is present in the sanitary building: in the corridor to the washer and the dryer, directly on the right. At the sanitary building there is also a tap for refilling the water tank of campers or caravans and a disposal point for your gray water tank.
We wish you a happy holiday!
